Terms Of Service
Good One Guarantee:
At Good One Flowers, I take pride in the meticulous care I provide to each tuber, handling every aspect from planting to shipping myself. As a Virgo, my attention to detail is paramount, and I assure you that you will receive exactly what you ordered, complete with a visible eye. If any issues arise, please contact me within five days of receiving your tubers; after that period, you assume full responsibility. Please note that I cannot be held accountable for adverse weather, soil conditions, pests, rot, or plant performance.
Good One But:
I am committed to maintaining high standards in my operations, which encompass meticulous labeling and organization. If your tuber arrives and it is not the Good One you were hoping for, please take a photo and email it to me, and I will do my utmost to address the situation. Fortunately, I only offer unicorns!
Not a Good One:
I take the threat of viruses very seriously and implement strict sanitation practices to keep my fields as healthy as possible. Consequently, I do not permit visitors to harvest, as I strive to maintain a virus-free environment. By purchasing from me, you acknowledge that dahlias, like all plants, can be susceptible to illness, and I do not offer refunds for virus-related issues.
Cancellations:
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, I reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund if the tuber you ordered did not survive the winter. I monitor the tubers throughout the winter and will inform you if a quality check indicates a loss in stock, at which point a refund will be processed.
Shipping:
All tubers are shipped in April. Once an order is confirmed, I am unable to modify it by adding or removing items. If you wish to include additional items, please place a separate order. I do not combine orders to lower shipping costs. All shipments are sent via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. If you order seeds by themselves, they are shipped USPS Ground Advantage.
